We all knew the Rocket Bunny kit was going to be extremely popular. At such a ridiculously low price tag for a widebody kit, it was only a matter of time before it blows up. So in that sense, it seems like it is up to the owners to put their own touch on the car to make it stand out and be different than others.
Insert our friend Reggie, who is nothing short of being different. For those who didn’t know, Reggie had a K20 swapped ITR that was featured on Super Street this past summer. We knew when he sold his ITR and got the keys to the FRS that he was going to pull off something unordinary on the FRS.
So we know about the Rocket Bunny kit by Tra Kyoto, the question is, what else? Reggie opted to go meat fitment tire setup instead of stretching. While this caused a headache, trimming and cutting more than expected, the end result was well worth it.
Tucking Advan AD07’s into the body and sitting on Work Meister S1R’s, this setup is nothing short of MINT.
To set off the rest of the exterior, most noticeably are the Valenti Japan LED tail lights. Beatsonic roof spoiler and antenna gives the top of the car so flare also.
Keeping it simple on the interior, Reggie decided to go with a set of velour blue Recaro Pole Position seats. And as usual a trio of JDM parts formed his steering column, Works Bell hub, quick release and KEYS! Racing steering wheel. The cabin wouldn’t be complete without the Circuit Soul Hardstyle bullet shift knob that was released at their grand opening!
We aren’t going into complete detail for this build simply because Reggie will be changing quite a few things on the FRS. Make sure you keep posted on his updates! Reggie would like to thank: Evasive Motorsports, The Speed Syndicate and Circuit Soul!!!
